Our Story
Shayanna McNeil founded Potomac Strategy Solutions (PSS) in 2025 to close the gap between a good strategy and a successful result. After years in sales, marketing, business development, and operations, she saw that many organizations needed more than a vendor. They needed a partner who could spot the opportunity, solve the problem, and see the work through.
PSS is built on the belief that strong relationships drive strong businesses. Every engagement starts with the client’s vision, connects the right resources, and ends with results that last.

OUR FOUNDER
Shayanna McNeil, Founder and President
Shayanna McNeil brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic business development, sales, marketing, hospitality, and operations management. She has led high value projects, managed government and corporate accounts, coordinated large scale events, and built strategic partnerships across multiple industries.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Associate of Science in General Studies, with additional study in Criminal Justice, Business, and Legal Studies. As the leader of a District of Columbia Certified Business Enterprise (CBE), she pairs business expertise with a results driven approach that helps organizations grow, improve operations, and achieve lasting success.
